''Kairos: A Journal of Rhetoric, Technology, and Pedagogy'' is an online peer-reviewed academic journal which publishes webtexts and other materials in the fields of computers and writing, composition studies, and digital rhetoric. It was established in 1996 and publishes two or three issues per year, including an issue devoted to the annual Computers and Writing Conference. The journal is one of few online journals to apply accessibility, usability and web standards, in addition to its peer-review requirements. Its sister site, ''Kairosnews'', provides an online forum for discussion of issues related to rhetoric, technology, and pedagogy.
